What professional are we looking for?
We are looking for a “Technical Lead (.NET)” in Madrid to join our rapidly expanding global property technology scaleup. Tiko focuses on disrupting the real estate market industry by using technology and implementing a different business approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET programming languages, leadership experience, knowledge of software architecture principles, proficiency in English, and a solid understanding of Salesforce.
If you have;
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in dynamic work environments, with previous experience as a .NET programmer.
Proven experience leading a small team of developers in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform is a plus.
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English and native in Spanish.
