As a Business Operations Coordinator, you’ll be doing a great variety of high-impact activities. You’ll not be only in the daily operations (analysing our performance, improving our processes, coordinating with technology teams, etc.) but also in the strategic discussions (opening up new cities, investment committees, etc.).

• You have minimum 2 years of experience in a high demanding environment such as consulting or investment banking.
• Additional start-up experience is highly valued.
• You are a problem solver; you proactively come up with solutions without waiting for anyone to tell you what to do.
• You are also analytical; every solution starts with an in-depth analysis of the problem.
• You are independent and a self-learner.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish.
